Instead of stretching your project across weeks, we’ll accomplish what typically takes 25–35 hours — all in a single, strategic day.
You’ll get the same creative direction and results as my full-scale projects, just in a faster, more collaborative format. Each VIP Day is customized to your business goals and designed to deliver tangible progress in 24 hours or less.

How it works
Discovery Call
Sometimes there’s so much on your plate, so if you’re unsure where to start or have multiple needs, we’ll begin with a Discovery Call to clarify your goals.
Together we’ll:
- Assess what needs to be done
- Create a priority list
- Identify what’s realistic to complete in a single day
*If you know exactly what you need or are a repeat VIP enthusiast we can skip this step
Client Homework
After the call, I’ll send you a short list of “homework” — materials, content, and login access I’ll need before your VIP Day. Examples: brand files, copy, images, logins, etc.
All of this must be completed before your scheduled day in order for the VIP Day to proceed.
Schedule & Pre-Kickoff Call
We’ll set your official VIP Day date and a Pre-Kickoff Call, which takes place either the day before or morning of your session.
During this call, we’ll:
- Confirm that all homework is complete
- Review the game plan
- Answer any last-minute questions
VIP Day
This is where the magic happens. I’ll dedicate the entire day (7–8 hours) solely to your project.
You’ll just need to:
- Be reachable via text or email for quick approvals and feedback
- Respond promptly to keep momentum going
By the end of the day, your project will be completed or very close to final depending on scope.
Post-Intensive Review
After our VIP Day is complete, we’ll reconnect to:
- Review your project
- Address any remaining questions
- Discuss and complete up to 2 hours of included edits
If additional changes are needed beyond that, we can schedule another half-day session or handle them hourly at the standard design rate.
Post-Intensive Support
For the next 30 days, you’ll have access to me via email or text for any project-related questions. This support ensures a smooth handoff and helps you confidently implement your new designs or website.
Please note: post-support does not include any new edits or design work.
- I only take 2–3 VIP Days per month to ensure every client receives high-level attention. Once these dates fill, the next availability rolls into the following month.
