Referral Program Policy

Effective Date: August 01, 2026

1. Overview

Merveille Creative Studios (“Merveille,” “we,” “us”) offers a referral reward to clients and contacts who refer a new client that successfully books and pays for a qualifying project. This program is offered at Merveille’s sole discretion and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Referral Reward

Eligible referrers will receive a $100 Visa eGift Card for each successfully qualifying referral, as defined below. The gift card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.

The Referral Reward is issued as a Visa eGift Card only, delivered by email to the referring party. It is not issued as a cash payment, account credit, wire transfer, check, physical card, or discount on future services. To receive the reward, the referring party must provide a valid email address. Merveille reserves the right to select the gift card provider.

3. Qualifying Projects

The Referral Reward applies only when the referred client books and pays for one of the following project types:

• Custom Website Design projects
• Custom Branding / Visual Identity projects
• VIP Day or VIP Day Double intensives

The following are not eligible for the Referral Reward, under any circumstance:

• Website Care Plans or any other retainer-based services
• Hourly or ad hoc project work
• SEO/AEO retainers
• White-label projects, with the exception of white-label VIP Days (see note below)
• Any service not explicitly listed as a Qualifying Project above

Note on white-label work: White-label projects — work delivered under a partner agency’s branding rather than Merveille’s — are generally excluded from the Referral Reward, as these engagements are billed at a discounted rate and are often recurring in nature. The one exception is white-label VIP Days, which are billed at full VIP Day rate regardless of whether the client is direct or white-label. White-label VIP Day referrals are eligible for the Referral Reward under the same conditions as any other Qualifying Project.

4. Qualifying Conditions

For a referral to qualify for the Referral Reward, all of the following must be met:

a. New Client Only. The referred individual must be a new client who has not previously worked with Merveille.

b. Attribution Required. The referred client must identify the referring individual by name at the time of inquiry or booking. Merveille is not responsible for identifying or crediting a referral that is not disclosed by the referred client. Attribution is determined solely at Merveille’s discretion based on the information provided by the referred client.

c. Signed Agreement. The referred client must sign a service agreement for a Qualifying Project.

d. First Payment Received. The Referral Reward is issued only after Merveille has received the referred client’s first payment (deposit or first installment, depending on the applicable payment schedule) in good, cleared funds.

e. One Reward Per Booked Project. Referral Rewards are issued per successfully paid Qualifying Project, not per person referred. A referrer may earn multiple rewards for multiple distinct qualifying referrals.

5. Timing of Payout

Once a referred client’s first payment has been received and confirmed, and the referring party has supplied a valid email address, Merveille will issue the $100 Visa eGift Card within 14 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 5 minutes to 24 hours of being sent, though delivery times are subject to the gift card provider and are outside Merveille’s control.

6. No Guarantee of Reward

Submitting a referral does not guarantee a reward. The Referral Reward is contingent entirely on the referred individual becoming a paying client for a Qualifying Project, per the conditions in Section 4. Merveille makes no representation or promise of reward for inquiries, consultations, or bookings that do not result in a completed first payment for a Qualifying Project.

7. Self-Referrals and Fraud

Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or any attempt to manipulate or exploit the referral program are strictly prohibited. Merveille reserves the right to deny or revoke a Referral Reward, and to disqualify any individual from future participation in the program, if it determines in its sole discretion that a referral was fraudulent, manipulated, or made in bad faith.

8. Tax Responsibility

Referrers are solely responsible for any tax obligations, if any, arising from the receipt of a Referral Reward. Merveille makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of the reward and recommends referrers consult a tax professional with questions.

9. No Liability

Merveille is not liable for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or unusable gift cards once issued, or for any dispute between the referring party and the referred client regarding attribution or credit for a referral. This includes delivery issues arising from an incorrect email address provided by the referrer. Merveille’s determination of eligibility and attribution is final.

10. Changes to This Policy

Merveille reserves the right to modify the terms of this Referral Program, including eligible project types, reward amounts, and qualifying conditions, at any time. The version of this policy in effect at the time a referral is submitted will govern that referral.
