VIP Day Website Build
Project Overview
Clocked Out is a podcast and paid membership community for women building real businesses while still working full-time jobs. Through the Clocked Out Collective, New York-based founder Ericka Nicole hands members a structured path to grow in the hours they actually have, without walking away from the paycheck that funds the whole thing.
The problem was never the business. It was the timeline.
A trademark issue forced a full rebrand, name and all, on a timeline measured in days rather than months. New name, new look, new everything, and a launch already sitting on the calendar. The one piece that hadn’t caught up was the website, which still carried the old brand on every single page. A traditional redesign timeline of weeks was off the table. Ericka needed to be live, and she needed to be live on-brand, fast.
That’s where the VIP Day came in.
Client Location:
New York City, NY
Timeline:
1 VIP Day
Platforms:
- Showit (website)
- Ivorey (funnel signup)
Deliverables:
- Starter template customized end to end to the new brand
- Full four-page website built in Showit: Home, podcast, membership sales, and contact pages built and styled in a single day
- Funnel pages rebranded in Ivorey to match the new look
Main Tasks & Challenges
The whole build ran on one constraint: a same-day turnaround. Every decision had to move the site from old brand to launch-ready without stretching into a second day.
The Website (Showit)
- Started from a Showit starter template and rebuilt every section to the new Clocked Out brand
- Built and styled four core pages in one day: home, podcast, membership sales page, and contact
- Carried the new identity consistently across layout, type, imagery, and calls-to-action
- Wrote all the website copy according to the brand voice guidelines
The Funnel (Ivorey)
- Rebranded the existing funnel pages inside Ivorey (a white-label GoHighLevel platform) to match the new site
- Aligned the opt-in and funnel touchpoints so nothing still pointed back at the old brand
- Kept the site and funnel visually and structurally in sync ahead of the launch
Meet the client
Ericka Nicole
She runs Clocked Out, a podcast and a paid membership for women building real businesses while still working full-time jobs.
But Clocked Out wasn’t always the name.
A trademark issue meant ...
she had to rebrand fast
We’re talking a full rebrand, name and all, from one day to the next. Which left one big problem…
Her website still showed the old brand on every single page!

Founder of Clocked out Media
“I came into my VIP day with Andrea knowing what I wanted but fully aware that the execution would make or break it. She delivered. Every single thing I’d been holding in my head! The aesthetic, the energy, the vibe of the brand and she translated it onto the screen like she’d been living inside my brain. The design is bold, intentional, and unmistakably me without her ever trying to make it about her.
The process was seamless. She came prepared, asked the right questions, and kept us moving. No hand-holding, no back and forth, no “let me get back to you on that.” She just built.
And technically? Flawless. The Showit build is clean, structured, and actually works the way it’s supposed to. She understood not just the visual layer but the function behind it.
If you’re a founder who has a clear vision and needs someone who can actually execute it at the level it deserves, Andrea is your person. Worth every penny.”
Want a Transformation Like This for Your Brand?
Clocked Out’s new site came from a single focused VIP Day. No drawn-out timeline, no weeks of back-and-forth. Just a clear plan, a full rebuild in Showit, and a funnel rebrand in Ivorey that got Ericka live and on-brand before her launch.
Your brand has already moved. Your website is still loading the old name while your launch date closes in, and a full redesign would eat weeks you don’t have. A VIP Day rebuilds it in a single day, live and on-brand before your launch.
Only 3 VIP Day spots are available each month.
